Greetings from the Florida Star Ball Team.

It gives us great pleasure to invite you to officiate as Adjudicator at the 2025 Florida Star Ball. Details of the event are listed below. Please review everything carefully, provide the information requested, and most importantly sign and return a copy to us in either paper or electronic format.

Location: 950 Lake Carillon Dr, St. Petersburg, FL 33716, USA

Preferred Arrival/Departure dates: Wednesday February 12, 2025 12:00 AM / Sunday February 16, 2025 12:00 AM

Approximate Competition Start Time/Date: Thursday February 13, 2025 9:00 AM

Room reservations will be reserved for you based on the preferred dates above. If you decide to arrive early or depart later than the above dates, please let us know so the rooming block can be changed; final rooming block is required by January 21, 2025. A single room night rate is $208; for convenience any additional room nights will be deducted from your fee.

The best airport for arrival is the Tampa International Airport, approximately 20 minutes away.  There is no hotel shuttle service to/from the airport at this time;  taxi or ride shares are the best option.

Dress Code is Best business for all sessions, except for Saturday Evening, which is formal.

Your compensation for the event will be $850, plus all applicable travel expenses.
